Terms of Service
Please read before commissioning

General
- I have the right to refuse service for any reason.
- Prices may change according to the complexity of the piece.
- No removal of signature
- Personal use only
- Prices are subject to change based on demand
- I do not authorize the use of my artwork for NFT's or AI

Payment
- The payment can be either 100% upfront or 50% before i begin working on the commission and 50% after
the sketch has been
approved
- Revisions are free in the sketch phase, after that an additional fee will be charged, unless a misunderstanding have been made in my part
-Payment through Paypal invoice only, in USD currency

Process
- Commissions will be delivered in png image format. (There is no physical product included)
- When the piece is finished i will send you the un-watermarked, full resolution image
- I will send WIPs of the piece and will continue after i receive feedback

Deadlines
- Commissions may take upon 1 - 4 weeks depending on the type and complexity of the piece
- Delay may arise depending on factors such as: order of commission, health or family issues
- If delays arise i will notify you as soon as possible

Copyright Policy
-The artist holds all the rights to the commissioned piece. I have the right to upload the piece on any social platform and/or include the piece in my portfolio. If you are not comfortable with that, please let me know in advance-The commissioner reserves the right to:
Claiming rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.
Sharing/Reposting the artwork any place they see fit, with proper credit.
Printing the artwork for personal use only.The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using copyrighted artwork commercially without my knowledge.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Removing my signature from the artwork.
Changing the artwork without my consent.

Refunds
-If you are getting a refund, do not request a paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself
-If for any reason, i am unable to finish your commission i will give you a full refund
- If you cancel your order before i start working your commission you get a full refund
- If you want to get a refund and i have already started working on your commission you get a partial refund based on how much has already been done

-Please provide references, so i can better visualize what you have in mind, if you are not sure how to collect these references, let me know!-In the case where you have any size, resolution and/or color mode requirements, please inform me as soon as possible.
If I already created the file and worked on it, I might not be able to change it.-Description of the wanted commission is required, the more details the better ! You can also try to sketch your idea in paint : I’ll take everything !
